This is where I stay in Bangkok. Beautiful rooms, short walk from the action.

Short story about a Farang and his friend in Phuket. A good read! Also check out his photos of a recent trip.

The Emerald Buddha and other pictures--good if you have a fast modem.

Teaching in Thailand--An Adventure You Will Never Forget

  An excellent  ezine on Asia

Thaiworldview is written by a Frenchman, Regis Madec, who lives in Arcueil, five kilometers from Paris with his Thai wife, Oi and little girl, Lily-Anne. This is a complex site. It is a thoughful presentation of Thai culture: from the King and Buddhism to the family and everyday life.  Regis acknowledges that his view is as an outsider and, thus, his explanation of the culture differs greatly from a Thai's explanation. This site is a MUST for anyone who is a "Thai-o-phile." Updated monthly.

John's site, about living and teaching in Chiang Mai provides a good viewpoint of the ups and downs of living in a foreign culture.

Rene's Hasekamp's Site comes to us from the Netherlands. Anecdotes, stories, a good Bangkok map and more good links.

Karen's site with great photos of the Grand Palace.

Pia and Tom's site originates in the Netherlands. Good info and links to other home pages.

Darryl's Place is a very personal account of one man's visit to Thailand. Good images.

The Gaybutton Site, with interesting stories, chat and message boards about where to go in Pattaya.

"The Boys of Pattaya, Thailand" is another excellent Pattaya site which complements Gaybutton's pages. Don't miss either one.

Allen Briggs has put together a labor of love on gay Pattaya. Check out this new site and make some comments. There is a wealth of info on all aspects of the area, including recommending sitting areas at the Jomtien Beach Gay Section. This site should be seen if only for its "Weekly Report," which can be downloaded as a .pdf file.

This is a tremendous site for everything you need to know about Gay Thailand.  But you probably already know that!

Rivals dreaded's site for all information on Thailand, particularly Bangkok. Good updates.

Dragoncastle is a good site with fine non-porn photos and an extensive listing of bars, restaurants and accommodations in Thailand. You can now reserve hotel space directly through their site.

Phuket is another destination growing in popularity for both straight and gay tourists. This site also has information on the Phuket gay festival which will be held this year Nov. 18-21.

Great site with stories, information, & local time.
